Claims and procedure

Our claims procedure is the simplest one step GAWA AGAD process!


In case of accident immediately report the incident to Direct Link at telephone numbers 8135465, or take your car (if can be driven) to any Gawa Agad Center nearest you and submit the following documents:

1. Original and Copy of Car Registration and Official Receipt;
2. Original and Copy of Driver’s License (ID Type) with Official Receipt; and
3. Submit any of the following: Police Report, Driver's Affidavit, or duly signed Incident Report Form.
